There are so many of us stepping it out just thought a step count thread may be interesting :) and encouraging too!!

My goal as from today is to do 10,000 a day whats your goal ?

So far i'm at 5880 hmmm that's alot before bedtime :eek:

I would hope for 10,000 but it's not often I hit it!

i work to a minimum daily goal of 12,000 steps, I've done approaching 16k today :)

I know this sounds stupid, but just to clarify do you still use a pedometer attached to your waist band in order to count steps? Or is there some crazy app I don't know about.

I use my fitbit but there are loads of apps free ones too, i don't have a fandagled phone so don't do apps :eek:

sure did ...... my buddy who's going thru a shitty break up phoned so took the opportunity to knock up a few on walker .......... now at 9495 :)

ok so almost bed time :) my final count is........................... drum roll please dddddddddddddddrrrrrrrrrrr LOL 12,595 Yay!!! my fitbit reads 892 cals in 2721 out oooops no wonder i'm hungry !!! may just have to have a wee snack before bed x x x nighty night x

That's a great number of steps :)
