acid reflux

hello is there any particular food that anyone has problems with acid reflux with, i put a small amount of robinsons sugar free juice in water any one having probs with that xx

Nope, drinking 1.5 litres of it a day and I'm just post op.

Sugar free cordial shouldn't make you feel ill. Try to remember to sip it though, dont drink like you used to, you cant swallow a big mouthful of pop anymore, it will hurt you.

Are you on the lansoprazole type medication yet ? Do you smoke (make symptoms much worse) x

hi kevin i am on lasoprazole been on them for years and they have always worked as i had at times quite bad acid reflux,but im on the fast tab ones now whilst im on the puree stage,, im unsure about what you meant about making the symptons worse, sorry xx

Do you drink through a straw or sports type bottle as they seem to be notorious for entering unwanted air into your system.

yes i drink through a sports bottle, can that cause acid reflux with to much air intake xx
