Can somebody please tell me how to use this? Im so confused, cant post, says add forums? Huh... When i click on somethings it says access denied.. Any help?

Are you using the site exclusvily from the iphone/android app?

If so you need to log into the www.wlsurgery.com website its self from a PC or mac to upload pictures.

Also you need 50 posts (we have progressive permissions). Once you are at 50 posts you have full privlages apart from some of the diary sections.
