re sizing photo's

I want to add a photo to one of my posts, my pictures are all 1meg plus, how would I shrink them so that can add one?

you can use an alternative service like Free Image and Video Hosting - Photo Image Hosting Site : Photobucket.com, or Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing

once you upload your photos to there. You can use the picture icon

to insert your pictures.
