Attaching photos to messages???

How can i attach photos to a message? Sorry for being dim but for those who know me i am not very IT literate or technology minded - so thank you for the help xx

When making a new post if you scroll down below the post reply box you will see 'Manage Attachments' if you click on this and then click browse you can upload photos from your desktop.
