Bad Breath

On the last few hours of my pre-op diet as I go in for my bypass tomorrow.

Is it normal for your breath to stink really badly on the pre-op diet?

I brush my teeth and use mouthwash and a few hours later it's minging again.

Yes because you're in ketosis. I lived on tic tacs for a while post op!

Sadly it's going to get worse after the bypass for a month or so.
