Band adjustments - food!

What do you eat for the first 48-hrs after your band adjustment.

I really suffer when I drink milk and consume a lot of dairy products. I hate plain soups like oxtail, tomato, leek and potato.

So I'm just wondering what people have so as to gleen ideas.

The food restriction following band adjustment is the only thing I hate about the process.

I've a fridge full of yoghurts etc. because I cant think of much else ... I also have a very dicky tummy too :eek:

Can any of you guys inspire me?

Hi there, I don't have the same food restrictions as you, it's go easy on fluids/mush for 24 hours, then back to normal.

In the fluid stage I just drink tea or coffee, and the odd slimfast.

Then I would move to a thick soup, then mash and then back to normal.

I never feel hungry for a few days after a fill, so don't really miss food.

You would be okay with very soft mash, with cheese, as long as you are careful and don't put too much in at a time.
