I nipped into TK MAXX today and picked up some sketcher shape ups that usually retail at £90 for £25 bargain! I don't know quite how effective they are (they simulate walking on soft sand) but I'm gonna do everything I can!!

I have Sketchers Shapers trainers and in ugly boots. They are really comfortable and I think do help tone my legs. Bargain!

Got some! Unfortunatly only in white so I might have to look for some fabric colour pens to jazz them up a bit.
