Best painkillers with no constipation?

Hi all

I've been struck by some awful monthlies again, but can't take NSAIDs obviously and codeine isn't an option!
Any ideas?

disolvable paracetamol for the start of your post op diet and once your stomach is healed, I think you can have regular paracetamol.

I have not had surgery yet but there is a website where they offer free advice about gastric surgery.
