calling all banders how many fills for you?

Had my first fill july 2nd

got ( I think) 9ml band and had 4.5ml put in last week (eventually)

got reasonably good restriction and dietician was vry pleased with initial loss since band went in may 12th..

Hi, could you tell me how soon after your fill do u think or feel the restriction starts to subside. I have had 4 fills now at 9mls in a 12ml band. Everytime I have a fill I feel great restriction but it only lasts for a maximum of 10-12 days :-(( I keep my portions small because of the restriction then I start to struggle when the restriction wears off and I feel hungry again really quickly and find I'm needing to rely on just willpower to stop myself from overeating!!
