been to weight management today for weigh in and in 5 days have lost 2 and half pound omg lol so in the 14 weeks i have lost just over 6lb i no its not an amazing weight loss but thats good for me as i have been struggling sooooooo much , i hope Dr Heartland see's this as "something" when he sees me at the end of my 6 months course and can see my commitment xx
