Cannot eat in the morning

Hi All,

I'm 5 weeks post op, I am really struggling at the moment with eating in the morning.
I literally have no appetite for the first few hours after waking & I'm really struggling with food & fluids.
Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm 9 months post surgery and have always struggled to eat breakfast, I try to have a banana
or yogurt as I know that I will be really hungry later in the day if I leave it until lunch time

Glad I'm not the only one.
I've been having Greek yoghurt or milky coffee as only thing I can stomach.
