Can't believe 6 months have gone

Well its been 6 months today since my op and I have lost 53lb so far.

I'm probably about half way there and hope the weight is going to carry on coming off steadily.

Still can't believe its been 6 months, I'm really enjoying the journey and still learning about my band.

Roll on the next 6 months, best thing I ever did.

Good for you!

It is always so good for me to hear from people at these differing stages of their journey (whichever route they are taking).

That time thing goes so fast post op doesn't it after all the build up pre op.
