I had my gastric banding in 2004 and since losing 12 stone i have just undergone cosmetic surgery. I had a breast uplift and augentation and arm reduction the same time 14weeks and 2 days ago and a fleur de lys tummy tuck 9 days ago and i found this site a couple of nights ago when i couldn't sleep.It wolud be nice to talk to others that have been through the same or are planning on doing so

I am in Leeds also but with one thing & another, having great difficulty getting on with trying to have surgery.

Wow you must be so pleased.....did you have to fight for any of your surgery? There are plenty of really lovely people on this site and I am sure someone will be along soon to swop stories.....Linda x

Vivky you will get there, when I had my appointment I had learnt so much from this site and different people's experiences it really helped as he knew I knew what I was talking about. I would not have had a clue otherwise.....Linda x

If some one will help me i will start my own thread but i'm not sure what to do!!! I did have to appeal for my cosmetic surgery i asked for all 3 thinking i could say well just do my arms and tummy but on appeal they upheld all 3!! My surgeon then suggested i had my arms and boobs done together and he used the excess from my back to boost my boobs so i also got rid of the overhang from above my bra at the back which was a great bonus.
