Chicken and pesto?

Hi guys,

So i am on pureed stage now and wondered if it would be ok to roast a chicken breast then shred it really thinly and add a tiny bit of pesto?

Do u think this would be ok?

Quite fibrous I would think, likely better to attack it with a hand blender as meant to be baby food texture, I would worry about it getting stuck..

I read somewhere that roast meat is more difficult to digest than say, stewed .eat.
