Lost 11lbs so far, I'm now 16st 3lb so 16lbs to go.......hope I can get there it'll be amazing to be in the 14st's .....haven't been there since a brief visit in 2004!

Keep going everyone...we're all going to be skinny minnies for THIS Christmas

15lbs down with 14lbs to go to hit my Christmas target of 14 stone. Would mean an overall weight loss of 5 stone 5lbs in five months which feels respectable!
