Well I am a very happy man today, I have just had me routine weigh in at my doctors surgery, and I have lost a further 9 pounds. I am 18 stone exactly now. that is only 4 pounds off 10 stone gone in total.
I am only 28 pounds off of my Goal weight and I am not even 6 months post surgery. Woohoo :bliss:

Just got weighed, I am now 17 st 9 Ibs, thats a total loss of 10 stone 1 pound. Very Happy.

Also just had my 3 Monthly VB12 Jab.

WooHoo, lost another 7 pounds. I now weigh 17 stones 2 pounds. thats almost 11 stone lost in total. I'm only 16 pounds from my target weight and 6 months early.

Well I just had my usual weigh in at the docs, and I now weigh 16 stones 10 pounds, thats 11 stone lost in 7 months. so flippin chuffed. only 9 pounds to go until I hit my target.
