Not too bad really, Amazon is so cheap compared to the shops. The lot was £38 with free delivery. I've paid a lot more than that for one book so its a bargain for many hours keeping me occupied.

Mind you I need a book to capture my attention in the first chapter otherwise I lose interest and don't read it.

I am not one for sitting round the house (I'm an outdoor horsey type) so I'm hoping recuperating will be a bit more bearable.

good selection i love my books i buy at tesco 2 top tttles for 7 quid but they only last me 4 days drives me nuts reading so fast. i took book to hosp but never even picked it up couldnt concentrate enough so i think you will be fine

Asda do cheap books as well, think the top titles are £3.86,
I have read three from your list, I liked the cell was a good read, time travellers wife - great read, the marian keyes book, well all I can say is have you tissues handy! have you read the other books in the series by her?

I love marion keyes books they are so easy to get into and relate to the families in them. I have just read a book called dream catchers daughter which I had wanted to read for ages about a doctor whose wife has twins which he delivers but one has downs syndrome and he tells the nurse to take the child to a home and tells his wife the baby died but the nurse kept the baby. It could have been a much better story....oops I am going off track her arnt I lol...Linda x

Oh I absolutely loved the dream catchers daughter I was hooked from the minute I picked it up.

Oh and I am halfway through The Time Travellers wife at the mo. Which is good but not brilliant in my opinion.
