feeling tierd

Im shattered !! on day 13 with 7 days to go an a tooth infection on top which is dragging me down big time :(
 
Tooth has to come out and on anti B's there is an impacted wisdom tooth nderneath it :(
Just want to crawl under a rock and sleep.
