First Post Op Weigh In

So, so chuffed! Just been to Boots to get weighed, and since last Tuesday when I went into hospital for my op, I've lost 16lb.
Couldn't recommend this op enough to those who need it.
I'm still getting a little discomfort, but by gosh it's worth it!
Thank you to everyone on this forum for helping me to get this far, I'm actually starting to enjoy the ride!

Aww, thanks mate! I'm sure you're doing just as well, if not better. Went out for the first time yesterday - only popped in a couple of shops, hubby drove - and it absolutely wore me out!
I'll be keeping an eye on how you're doing
