I was banded last October and now have 6ml in a 10ml band. My last fill was back in June. I have a good level of restriction. I am flying to florida on 22nd October and wondering if I need a de-fill? I went to Cyprus on a 4 hr flight in June and didnt really feel anything, The company I had the surgery with recommend a de-fill, but I dont know if this is just to make them more money!! Especially as I have been told by others that they wont fill you back up in one go when I come back and therefore will end up spending £100's getting it done. Anyone have any advice?
