I think Liz has the right solution!
The bubbles don't bother me, but the sugar/sugar substitute and/or cream certainly did. I did have a skinny frap from Café Nero and it didn't bother me, so yes, it must be Starbucks' sugar/cream malarkey.
I won't have one of those again!
