I'm Astrid like you I'm new to all of this I'm not in Dorset but I have just finished my tier 3 programme.
I've got my appointment to see consultant for surgery next Wednesday so will find out what he wants to do.
On my tier 3 it was 6 months of diet I saw my dietician once a month I saw my motivational change therapist once every 6 weeks and the excersise bit I didn't do due to heart issues, I lost about 2lbs a month at the end they said because i had completed course I had funding for surgery, once the Dr received my referral from tier 3 she referred me to hospital and here I am ....lol its a big step they are all so friendly on here and will help with anything . X
