Hi everyone my name is Natalie but you can call me nat I restarted the tier 3 programme at Luton and Dunstable hospital January 2017.
I initially started in 2015 but couldn't continue as I was pregnant with my fourth .
I finished my tier 3 programme in September 2017 and got my three appointments through for tier 4 in December 2017 which I went to and was all good. My next appointment is in April where I get to meet my surgeon and see the anaesthetic doctor on the same day again as I have already had a appointment with him because of my brittle asthma. I'm guessing at this appointment with the surgeon it means he will be discussing the procedure I would like done and I'm hoping then I shall put on the list to have my surgery unless he tells me a date (not entirely sure how that bit goes about) anyways just thought I would write a quick note to say hello again Nat xx

Can you tell me what tier 3 is please

@Dumpy Mum different tiers of weight management services cover different activities. Definitions vary locally but usually tier 1 covers universal services (such as health promotion or primary care); tier 2 covers lifestyle interventions; tier 3 covers specialist weight management services; and tier 4 covers bariatric surgery.
