can anyone tell me what goes in to a clear soup and how to make it .can i make it with a chicken it is for my pre -op wich i start on monday

I think you can make it with anything but strain all the bits out of it. Although I am no expert so I am sure someone else will be along to help soon.

Cook the chicken bones up into stock and then use the stock - good luck withh your pre-op on monday! Exciting stuff!!

I think clear means no lumps n bumps x
