I am attempting to put a photo on the avatar part, yet i'm being told that i don't have permission to do so.

Am i lacking certain priveleges?

i had same problem this morning
at top you wll see faq click on that and it will take you eventually to photos and avartars hope that helps

You have to have posted a certain number of times before you can do an avatar, but i can't remember how many it is - 20 perhaps?? not much help eh??
