Help!

I want to know how other people stop the urge to eat when your bored and not really hungry? It's driving me nuts! I know I'm not hungry but I want to eat
Hopefully things will be easier once I go back to work next week

I come on here & go on in the Arcade
Have a long soak in the bath
I bought a painting by numbers kit
Have a warm skimmed milk based drink

I've not looked back since surgery and never eat if I am not hungry now xx
