High Protein cookie

I just made these this evening, so simple! They taste quite pleasant and 1 really filled me up!

Makes 8.

Kcal: 105. Protein: 7g, Carbs: 10g, Fat: 5g, Sugar: 2g.

100g banana mashed up.
100g oat bran.
50g peanut butter (I used crunchy)
30g whey powder (I used chocolate flavour)
10g dark chocolate chips.

170 degrees for 10-12 mins
 
I made an even nicer batch today. Not low kcal, but full of good nutrients.

makes 10.

Kcals 115. Protein 7g. Fat 6g, Carbs 11g, Sugar 5g

100g banana
50g Oat bran.
50g ground almonds
40g Vanilla whey powder
25g dessicated coconut.
20g smooth peanut butter
20g pumpkin seeds
20g dried cranberries
10g white chocolate.

170 degrees 15-18 mins
