hit a stall

I'm 9 months and 2 weeks post op and have hit a stall for about 6 weeks although my body shape has changed dramatically

My target is to lose 11stone and I have lost 9stone 10 lbs! It's really frustrating

I have definitely resorted a little bit back to snacking which I'm trying to get out of! Just a hard habit to break with the type of work I do!!

I've had to stop exercising as damaged my knee on a 10k run and a cancer research walk! (26.2 miles)

I'm drinking a lot of water. Around 2 litres minimum a day

Has anyone got any tips on kicking the weight loss back in??

Try changing the amount of Cals you have per day, a couple at 800 then some at 1500 (or whatever your comfortable with) etc high in protein low carb on the low cal days. Twenty mins relaxation (mediation etc) per day stressing about it doesn't help. You are still changing body shape so the process is still working it's just not showing on the scales maybe you are changing some of that fat back into muscle x
