Heartlands give the option of 5 pre op diets and you have to fo it for a min of 2 weeks before op, up to a max of 6 weeks. I will choose the 6

Me too, Fuffs - if we get 6 weeks notice!!! The dietician at Heartlands actually discourages anyone from the milk pre-op diet unless you really, really like milk, as you get so much milk post-op you are heartily sick of it.
