how to update my profile

I'm celebrating 2 years of been a bypasser today and want to update my profile page along with my new weight but cant recall how to do this !

I would like to change my weight to 94 kilos
Add 2 surg anniversary
Just can't recall how to do it I've gone onto my profile but can't find where to update so I can add on any badges I may be able to add

I have not put the badges back because I dunno where to put them. On a desktop I know I can put them in the sidebar. Let me think about it and Ill get back as soon as I have something.
