Thanks Jay....Yep I was back at work today....had a 3 hour staff meeting this morning and after that was so knackered my boss let me do office work this afternoon rather than go out on the truck...but will be back out on it tomorrow. As i was i the office it wast to bad but the big lush box of chockie biscuits that was in front of me all meeting and on the table (where all the coffee stuff etc is) right next to my desk but I didn't give in. Had a cuppa soup for lunch but will do some eggs for tomorrow so I can have them and my cuppa soup. Cant say its going to be easy o the lunch front till I'm back o normal foods....but if thats the most of my worries I will be just fine.

So tired tho so nice bath and early bed for me....thanks again for your concern xxxx
