Hiya,

I have just been out for a walk and apparantly burned off 200 cals, I also am already limiting myself to 1200 cals a day, but currently have 350 cals left from todays total.

Do I need to use these, or can I just forget them.

What will my body do?

Whats your thoughts on this matter.
 
you're burning calories all day hon, not just when you're exercising. Just general moving around etc.

edit: doh. i see what you mean lol. I would eat those remaining calories if I were you. 1200 is low for a guy anyway so you dont' want your body to go into starvation mode. Plus if you skip them you'll probably feel hungrier tomorrow and more likely to break the diet.
 
As long as you don't need the calories then you should be ok !! Anything less that 1000 calories is quite dangerous but don't add your walking calories to this I have a bodybugg and if I have a day of hiking I can burn off 5000 calories in a day but only eat 1000 calories - I always try to end the day being 3500 calories in the clear !!!

I would have indulged in a couple of milky coffees (semi-skimmed) to use up the cals and have a bit of protein, but you have prob gone to bed by now lol.

I would up the calories and eat/drink them every day.What you burn during the day is a bonus.I agree your calories are way too low for a guy.You have to eat to lose weight!Good isnt it!
 
PG if you have calories left then do as someone else sais, have a milky drink or a few nuts... You are on little enough cals as it is xx

cripes! I'm trying to stick to between 16-1700 cals per day and I'm a woman!!!! I think 1200 is too low for anyone, male of female - its just not sustainable in the long run. If you don't get enough cals your body will hang on to the weight it has; plus will 1200 give you enough nutrients to function? I find if I don't have at least 1600 for more than a couple of days each week then I don't lose as much weight... and I get "scabby starvin"!
 
I would either use them for protien rich foods or let em go, dont waste them on carbs or sugary stuff it'll make you feel crap xx
