you can tell by the colour of the little dot at the side of peoples posts (next to where you leave rep), grey is offline, green is online, and red is uses invisible.

hi red click user CP at the top then click edit options on the left side, then click the 1st tick box invisable mode and save, its the same to take it off xxx
