K think this is how I want to remind myself what I eat and why. I do keep track on my mobile some days but not as much as I should so because I'm on here most days it makes sense to me. Well at least while I'm smiling 
Breakfast: Slimfast choc shake.
Lunch: Weight Watchers Pitta Bread (WWPB) 2 slices of Turkey ham.. Clementine Pear and Grapes (tri fruit) Muller Lite Orange with choc bits. Yoghurt.
Dinner: Slow roast minted Lamb, steamed new potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn sprouts. (Small plate)
Supper: Clementine and Kiwi.
