Hi everyone the site forum is just so busy at the moment that i'm miles behind due to limited time.
But i just wanted to say Hi to all newbies, goodluck to thoes with forthcoming appointments and ops, well done to all post oppers especially alicat for getting back on track, and finally a big thanks to evryone for you continuing support its really appriciated.

Hi All,
I haven't been around for a few days as I have been really busy with one thing and another, But i also wanted to say a BIG THANKYOU to everyone who has supported me throughtout my weightloss journey, I couldn't have done it without you all. Your all a great bunch of people.
