Not really sure what you mean. Isn't Lipotrim a meal replacement diet? I haven't heard of any post-ops (band or bypass) using a meal replacement diet but maybe someone else knows. Sorry, not very helpful am I?

Some surgeons use it as a pre-op diet, but not many. You see it a lot on things like family fat surgeons as meal replacement shakes seem to be used over there a lot more pre-op.
