low cal/carb ginger iced dessert (almost ice cream!)

1 can of evaporated milk light
0% greek yogurt (fage)
1 tsp vanilla extract
finely chopped crystallizes ginger

chill evap milk overnight. Pour into mixing bowl and whisk until thick and creamy. Fold in 100g of fat free greek yogurt use metal spoon. then add vanilla extract, add as much ginger as u want 75g is the official amount but its gingery on less. Pour into a freezer container and freeze for 1 hour. remove and mix well then return to freezer repeat every hour to avoid ice crystals untill the mixture starts to solidify.
