Glad it's helping others. It's helping me look at my meals objectively. I've only managed half of lunch, and am stuffed.

Dinner, 2 chipolata sausages which had been slow cooked with shallots, mushrooms and gravy, served with roasted sweet potato and sweetcorn. Flumping gorgeous, managed the lot thanks to the gravy!

Breakfast was coco pops.

Lunch - mixed baby leaves, balsamic vinegarette, avocado, chicken tikka, plain chicken and some grated cheddar.

Hi shellbell. Your meals are looking good. Could I ask where you got your plate from? I cant seem to find nice looking smaller plates, I'm eating from baby plates at the mo, which my kids find hilarious.xx
