Do many of you us 'myfitnesspal'? If so how often, how does it help you etc etc, would love to know how best to use it?

Its a brilliant tool for tracking calories and exercise etc. If you have a smart phone you can get an app for your phone too.

You decide how much you want to lose and based on your height / activity etc it calculates how many cals you need.

I use mine every day, and it keeps me on the straight and narrow, i love it. You can add friends too xxx
 
I use it every day. Bit like an addiction....:rolleyes: click on the little blue icons under our user names on this site and it will take you straight to us on Mfp :)

I started using thanks to Flutterby and others recommending it. It is great - I especially like how it breaks down protein, vitamin and mineral intake too. Be warned it is addictive!
 
Ive just had one for the past week so new to it all - but its quite easy to use, have an app for it on my BB so dont have to be at home/work by the computer to use it.
 
i try to use every day it is good for keeping an eye on what u eat as it breaks down cals protein fas etc
