I know it isnt "technically" a well known diet but a few of the ladies on here are using dietmeal shakes from the website avidlite.co.uk

have been posting in the celeb slim forum but obviously this is cheating a bit and unfair to any newcommers.

as its the same principles we use would it be possible to have a sub forum within CS?

UMMM im sure you can word it better...

Dietmeal is purchased from online store avidlite. Its a low carb meal replacement following the principles of replacing the traditional three meals a day with two meals a day of shakes/soups/bars with one low carb meal and snacks.
