Hi, can I upload a profile pic yet or do I have to have 50 posts to do that? It lets me upload but wont let me save it.

You should be able to get an Avatar picture up, which is the one that shows under your username on the left here:

I've got 50+ posts now but it's not sowing my pic. Does it need to be approved first?

Its "Avatar" under usercp that you want to upload your picture to.

Then it will show to the left of your posts
