if you struggle like i seem to, i use myprotein.com. i bought a couple of their samples to try. really good flavours. x

I use the Bodybuildingwarehouse. Don't be put off by the name, and they do sell single samples for you to try. Their own brand is good value. If you want cheap, sellers on Ebay sell well known brand names at about £10/kilo with free p+p. The larger the quantity you buy, the cheaper it is. But, a 5Kg tub is a lot if you decide you don't like the taste!!

I agree with big and bouncy - big glass of milk and nice fresh wholesome food. Don't waste your money.

Since the operation Milk turns my stomach.(hoping it changes soon) So to get protien in a fruity flavour i have discovered Nectar, i get mine from Amazon.
