Quick Question about Manchester PCT

Does anyone know how often the Effective Use of Resources panel meets? (That would be the panel that considers funding applications).

I don't know, but I work for a Birmingham PCT. It may be worth you ringing up their HQ, asking for their commissioning department and asking the question directly.
