Sausage fingers!

Ive got sausage fingers, will the become more chipolata like as i lose weight. I hate them.

i would say yeh they do...you cant lose weight ALL over your body but your fingers stay fat....


maybe you should type more on here for the extra exercise x

I am only 5 weeks out on Tuesday but already my wedding ring is becoming to big so most likely.

The fingers do get smaller but why don't you take up piano playing

Even my wrists look like they've got tight elastic bands on them.

My wrists definitely shrunk much faster than my fingers. I had to get two links taken off my watch quite early on. But I can still wear my rings although they are definitely getting looser and keep twisting round the wrong way. So they will shrink, but probably slower.

just so you can see the bits you hate shrink away xx

Im pre op but lost 4 st and my ring is drivng me mad !!! it is soooo loose im going to have to get it made smaller soon before i lose it !!

I'm confused bout this, I've had my engagment ring since I was 20 yrs old bout 9/10 stone over the last 12 yrs my weights more than doubled but my rings still fit as good as ever now am losing weight that and my wedding ring keep falling off havent a clue how since its the only place on my body I never gained weight ha xx

Thems likkle thin fingers Shell
My fingers have always be long and thin (witchy fingers)
Wedding ring was a size K and now a size a size I

Same here my fingers never got fat just the rest of me
My engagement ring when I was 17 was a K 25 years later just before my op my finger was a K and now nearly 2 years and 11 1/2 stone gone my finger is an I

Are they like Newmarket sausages or Cumberland? You see we are punished in all ways, I would have eaten them off in the milk diet if I kept seeing them as sausages!! Bet you have twiglets before you know it! LOL x

I've had to have three links removed from my watch (and they're sizeable links) and my ring fingers have gone from a Q/R to an O, and I'm still a long way from goal.

I have always had big fingers and can't see I would lose much weight on them but reading how peoples fingers have changed I am excited as hubby said if fingers go down more than a size I get a new ring

Mine are def getting thinner cause I can get my wedding ring off now. Can't wait to be able to wear my engagement and eternity rings again. Must dig them out and have a try on. The other thing I've noticed is that I can buy large size tights from the supermarket now and they go over my stomach comfortably and don't roll down when I sit down. Result!
