Second Weigh in

Hi everyone, had my second weigh in today.

Operation weight.199.5kg (November 25th)

First weigh in 173kg (December 26th)

Second weigh in 162kg (January 25th)

TOTAL LOSS 37.5 KG
Have so much energy these days and i am walking at least 2.5 miles a day which is something i could of only dreamed about before the operation.Thankyou to everyone for there continued support.
