Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

150gms blueberries
1 pot plain/vanilla yoghurt
4-5 frozen milk cubes
milk to thin
sweetner to taste


Method

Put all into a blender/liquidiser and starting slow blend until all fruit is broken up small

add milk to thin down to a straw consistancy if on liquid diet

Makes 2 tumblers unthinned
 
Strawberry & Mint Smoothie

this one really is yummy

Ingredients

1 punnet strawberries
1 tray ice cubes crushed
5-6 fresh mint leaves
250mls water - more if desired

place all ingredients in a liquidiser and blend until smooth, may need to stir a few times if ice not broken down enough

Serves 2 - 3
 
mmmmm mint. I've got a few juice/smoothie books here so if you need inspiration at any point just shout ;)
 
its weird i love blueberries normally but i did not enjoy the blueberry smoothie, taste change i think
 
Ingredients

2 nectrines or peaches
1 large banana
1/2 large tub yoghurt plain/greek/vanilla
dash milk

Place in the liquidisers and blend tastes really creamy and great for pottassium levels
