So, 16 weeks post op, and I've hit the teens. 4st 1lb lost since op. 9st 1lb lost this year - 7stone 12lb to go. Bring it on....
Not been in the teens for 21 years!!

Well done to you. I relate to how this feels as I recently just got into the teens too and while Im miles away of being a teen in age, this one was one to celebrate
