Spinach and cheese cannelloni

Guys another recipie for u all, it a slimming world so green day - FREE, extra easy - FREE, add 5 1/2 syns if not using cheese as healthy extra. ok so here goes xx

255g frozen spinach(defrosted)
fry lite
227g fat free cottage cheese
2 egg yolks
2 cloves of garlic
4oz mushrooms
1 onion
1 red pepper
170g red-fat cheese
salt n pepper
250g cannelloni
600g passata with onion and garlic

pre-heat oven to gas mark 6 and sprey medium baking dish with frylite
mix up spinach, cottage cheese,egg yolks, garlic, mushrooms, onions,peppers and half cheese also season well
carefully fill cannelloni tubes with mixture
place in baking dish in a single layer then pour on passata, making sure all covered
sprinkle wiv cheese and cover with foil, cook for 30 mins then remove foil and bake for a further 20 mins or until pasta cooked and golden brown on top



i made earlier and had 6 small servings out of it and 320 cals per serving, hope u all enjoy xxxxx

Can you use fresh spinach instead of frozen? Not a fan of the frozen stuff but LOVE fresh spinach!!! :-D
