Spire, leeds- pre op diet

Hi. Does anyone know what the pre-op diet I'm given is likely to be?

I have my pre-op assessment on 25th feb, but need to go grocery shopping around the 20th.

I was done by spire Blackpool had my op at spire murrayfield and it was low cal approx 800 a day good luck
